Our Essentials package covers all the core functions necessary to maintain a clean and professional workspace. This includes trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and light kitchen or breakroom cleaning. It’s ideal for businesses that need reliable, consistent upkeep without the extras.

Our Premier package builds on the Essentials tier by adding deeper care and expanded attention. In addition to everything included in Essentials, Premier offers interior window and glass cleaning, high-touch surface disinfection, floor care (such as buffing or spot cleaning), restroom and schedule priority. For those seeking a white-glove level of service, our Signature package delivers our most comprehensive care. This package includes all Premier features plus flexible scheduling, specialty surface treatments, post-event cleanups, and a dedicated account manager to ensure seamless communication and execution. It’s our top-tier solution for executive offices, showrooms, and premium commercial spaces.
Office Cleaning
We dust all surfaces (desks, shelves, baseboards), empty all trash bins, vacuum or mop floors, clean interior glass and mirrors, sanitize workstations, and straighten furniture ensuring your office feels fresh, professional, and client-ready.
Restroom Sanitation
This includes scrubbing toilets, urinals, and sinks; wiping and disinfecting counters and stalls; mopping with hospital-grade solutions; restocking toilet paper, paper towels, and soap; and removing trash leaving your restrooms clean, odor-free, and hygienic.
Floor Care
We vacuum carpets, mop hard floors with commercial-grade cleaners, spot-treat stains, buff VCT or polished concrete, and can provide periodic deep cleaning depending on floor type and wear level.
Glass & Window Cleaning
Includes wiping down interior glass surfaces, removing smudges and fingerprints from doors and windows, cleaning partition glass, and polishing entryway doors improving both visibility and overall workspace aesthetics.
High-Touch Disinfection
We use EPA-approved disinfectants to sanitize high-contact areas such as door handles, elevator buttons, light switches, keyboards, shared phones, and breakroom appliances helping reduce the spread of germs in high-traffic environments.
Breakroom & Kitchenette Cleaning
We clean countertops, sanitize tables and chairs, wipe down appliances (microwaves, coffee machines, fridges), take out trash, and clean sinks ensuring your staff has a clean and safe space to eat and relax.
